* Automation: design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web (e.g., Selenium) and mobile (e.g., Appium, Espresso/XCUITest); contribute automated suites to CI/CD.
* API testing: validate REST endpoints (authentication, pagination, error handling) using tools such as Postman/Swagger; participate in contract testing with developers.
* Quality built into delivery: integrate tests into CI/CD, monitor failures, triage defects quickly, and improve feedback loops to keep projects on schedule.
* Non‑functional quality: contribute to accessibility (WCAG‑aligned checks), performance, and basic security/data‑handling verification in partnership with engineering.
* Collaboration & ways of working: work in an Agile/Scrum environment; contribute to estimation, planning, and definition of acceptance criteria; collaborate with cross‑function and cross‑country teams.
* Defect lifecycle & reporting: reproduce, isolate, and document defects with clear steps and evidence; track quality metrics and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
