Description
Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories.
Identify and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and value.
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues effectively.
Collaborate with a full range of internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
Preparation and execution of tenders, RFI's and RFQ's for facilities.
Drive to increase efficiency and development of the Procurement department.Profile
A successful Indirect Procurement Specialist should have:
Relevant qualifications or experience procurement, supply chain, or a related field, particularly within warehousing and logistics.
Proven experience in indirect procurement within a professional environment, particularly within FM category.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Skilled in end to end tendering activity, RFI, and RFQ delivery
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Keenness to innovate processes and optimise commercial operation.
Confidence using Procurement tools, SAP knowledge is a bonus!
Job Offer
Competitive salary from £45,000- 48,000
