Your role: We are looking for an experienced individual that has a primary background of painting and decorating. Along with varied knowledge of building and maintenance work to undertake a wide range and scale of maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs through to major refurbishment type works on the relevant portfolio of buildings, facilities and associated sites. What you will need: You will need experience of inspection, fault finding and testing, an NVQ 2 in a building trade or a minimum of 7 years recent experience as well as a qualification in either NRSWA, IPAF, 360deg, Digger Operator, Mechanical Shovel operator or Chainsaw.
