💷 Pay: Up to £37.03 per hour (Umbrella)
🌟 Role Overview:
We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our Adults team. You will assess client needs, identify risks, and coordinate interventions to support adults in living safe and fulfilling lives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. 🔍 Assess the need for social work services, identify risks, and decide on appropriate interventions
2. 🤝 Liaise and negotiate with professionals, statutory bodies, and voluntary agencies to ensure the best support for clients
3. 📋 Manage and monitor your caseload in line with Council policies and statutory obligations
4. 🗂️ Maintain accurate records and complete necessary administrative tasks
5. 🗣️ Prepare for and actively participate in supervision and team meetings
6. 📚 Engage with ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
7. 💡 Contribute to service evaluation and development by sharing knowledge and best practices
8. 👩🎓 Supervise social work students where applicable
