Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive - One Stop to be based in the UK.

The National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the National Account Manager (NAM) and is responsible for the achievement of volume, share, profit and net revenue targets for Tesco. The NAE will also work closely with the wider Red Bull & Grocery Channel, National Account Teams, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Marketing and Category Management teams. The strategic direction of the Company is to be followed with emphasis on the key pillars within the Off Premise sales team.

This role includes P&L review and analysis across the Tesco Group as well as the support and development of the overall joint business plan to deliver profitable growth. The role also includes collaboration with the BUC and NAM to ensure delivery of the wider team’s objectives whilst continuing to build a winning strategy focused on distribution, share of space and additional placements to win value share.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

1. Deliver growth targets driven by business plans that are aligned and relevant to the customer’s and Red Bull’s priorities
Post-evaluation of activity within account with learnings applied

2. Forecast, drive growth and track development of the account to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions
Manage end to end invoicing process ensuring collaboration and alignment with internal and external Finance teams
Ensure accurate forecasts of base, promotional & feature volume and point of sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation
Management, alongside the NAM, of finance and operations cycles including month end close, sales & operations planning & channel review meetings
Track, analyse and share weekly customer EPOS to be shared with relevant cross-functional contacts

3. Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress. Timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan. Contacts will include, but not be limited to, Commercial, Logistics, Category, Finance and Operations

4. Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPI’s. To include collaboration with Category Management, Logistics, Finance, Net Revenue Management, Brand & Shopper Marketing teams.

5. To be a brand advocate to your customer, the trade and Red Bull and mirror the brand values to always deliver enhanced brand perception.

6. Proven track record of achievement in within a commercial environment
7. Experience of negotiating and running a joint business plan
8. Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
9. Proven ability to handle, evaluate and utilise sales data and insights effectively
10. Travel 40-50%
