What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive the creation and implementation of account growth strategies focused on renewals and expansion
* Build strong executive‑level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
* Partner with Customer Engagement Managers to align on retention and growth initiatives
* Navigate SHL’s full product suite to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
* Collaborate with pre‑sales and solution experts to design impactful proposals
* Lead QBRs and strategic reviews showcasing SHL’s value and performance insights
Essential
* Proven experience in account management or solution sales
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
* Track record of strategic growth and client relationship building
Desirable
* Experience in SaaS or HR Tech
* Understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
* Familiarity with consultative selling approaches
* Ability to lead C‑suite presentations and negotiations
