About the role
* Management Grade A
* This is a full-time role, but flexibility will be considered.

* The location for this role is the Treforest Manufacturing and Distribution Centre, near Pontypridd.
What you'll do
* Lead a highly skilled team to deliver business objectives.
* Support and train your teams for continuous improvements in stores, hygiene, and tray wash.
* Ensure targets and budgets are met.
* Manage team absence and attendance according to company policy.
* Schedule your team's workload using T&A system to meet shift pattern requirements.
* Set and maintain company standards for health & safety, food safety, and hygiene across your departments.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
* Have experience dealing with multifunctional teams, suppliers, and contractors.
* Have experience leading a large team operating over 24 hours.
* Understand cleaning in place, validations, titrations, CICs, pest management, and OEE.
* Are experienced with Microsoft 365 packages and SAP systems.
* Are qualified in food safety (Level 4 desirable).
* Are a good communicator, able to operate clearly and concisely at all levels, and able to communicate complex data effectively.
