Events Manager, Asset Management, W1

Are you confident working with senior stakeholders, building relationships and making things happen across global markets?
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, pan-European events programme. You’ll be at the centre of it all, delivering a range of very high quality events throughout the year and leading a flagship annual summit, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
* Managing the full lifecycle of events from planning through to delivery and follow-up
* Delivering high profile conferences, roundtables, seminars and roadshows
* Leading a flagship annual summit
* Building agendas, sourcing venues and managing the logistics
* Managing relationships with sponsors, speakers and investors
* Driving attendance and engaging new investor audiences
* Working closely with internal teams to align events with business goals
* Managing budgets and tracking performance and ROI
* Identifying opportunities to enhance and grow the events programme
* Travelling across the UK and Europe as needed
The skills you need to bring:
* 5 to 10 years’ experience in events, ideally within financial services
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders
* Strong IT MS Office skills
* Excellent communication skills and a relationship‑led approach
* An interest in financial markets and alternative investments
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on track
* A collaborative, team‑focused approach
* Additional European languages are advantageous
