Key Responsibilities
* Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Engaging with customers, educating them about products, and building rapport.
* Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
* Managing cash and adhering to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Promoting customer loyalty through updates on new collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
