The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator. Working as part of the Ministry of Justice Personal Wellbeing service, this role plays a key part in supporting participant coordination, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth delivery of one-to-one and group-based services.
This role will be predominantly working from home (remote).

Through our dedicated keyworkers, we support people facing a range of complex challenges including mental ill-health, social isolation, debt, and more. This role supports the operational delivery of services that help individuals move forward with confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the booking and rebooking of venues for all one-to-one and group sessions across the Ministry of Justice service.
* Liaise with Employment Mentors and Key Workers to manage diaries and support session planning.
* Communicate with Probation Officers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
* Record and update participant data in line with internal and funder requirements, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
* Respond to incoming referrals and enquiries by phone and email, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
* Raise and track payments and purchase orders using internal financial systems, in line with process requirements.
* Monitor attendance and engagement, logging all communication accurately on internal and external systems.
* Escalate any safeguarding concerns, participant issues, or operational risks to line management in a timely and appropriate manner.

Skills Required:
* Previous administrative experience in a support, education, or contract-based setting.
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and use of databases or internal systems.
* Ability to work towards KPIs and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good numeracy.
* Experience of working with external partners or agencies is desirable.
