The purpose of this role is to support the Seal Sands site as a HR Generalist, advising employees and managers on best practices and managing aspects of daily HR operations
* Run daily operational tasks within the HR function
* Manage and maintain HR administration (letters, offers, changes, leavers)
* Lead recruitment campaigns - advertise, engage with agencies, shortlisting, arrange and conduct interviews
* Lead site absence management by coaching and supporting managers effectively and monitoring absence trends and costs
* Manage onboarding and offboarding of all employees; monitoring turnover KPI’s and trends within the market
* Manage and maintain HR records and database
* Monitor, review and update all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
* Advise and coach managers on employee development and talent pipelines
* Manage time/attendance reporting
* Manage site occupational health
* Conduct employee relations investigations and disciplinaries; pro-active approach to conflict resolution
* Delivery of internal training and coaching sessions
* Advise and collaborate on resource planning
* Lead and advocate site engagement by driving a positive, engaging and collaborative culture
* Effective contribution to site and global HR projects
* Maintain positive working relationships by communicating effectively and frequently
