Confident communication with clients, colleagues and opposing solicitors to progress matters effectively. Transparent cost management, keeping clients informed and expectations aligned. Meticulous document review, ensuring accuracy, compliance and risk control. Strong financial ownership, including time recording, billing and meeting personal performance targets. Collaboration, contributing to a supportive, knowledge‑sharing team environment. Client meetings, spotting opportunities to add value and deepen relationships. Continuous development, staying ahead of legal and commercial changes through CPD and case law updates.
