Role Responsibilities
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, structured learning environment
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants
Create a fun, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide feedback

Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to teaching
Commitment to professional development and learning
Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UKDesirable
Experience teaching during placements in a UK primary school
Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
