We're Looking For:
SEN Lecturers with FE experience
Teaching Qualification (PGCE / CertEd / DTLLS / QTLS / AET/DET)
Experience supporting learners with SEND (ASD, SEMH, MLD, Complex Needs)
A learner‑centred approach & strong differentiation skills
