You will collaborate with teams and functions to support the business mission and drive engagement. Storyteller : Bring stories to life through compelling written and digital content. Use your excellent writing and creative skills to engage employees and drive employee engagement campaigns. Execute Communication Strategy : Execute the Internal Communications plan by crafting clear and compelling communications aligned with our business objectives. Manage Existing Channels: Take charge of our internal communications channels such as intranet, gamification and email briefings. Continuously explore opportunities to enhance these channels. Embrace Technology: Stay on top of technological advancements and leverage them to improve our communication approach. Identify and introduce new platforms and tools to increase engagement and reach. Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure our communication strategy meets the needs of the business. Lead Communication Projects: Lead internal communications projects and engagement projects that foster a sense of community and shared purpose across the organisation. Coordinate Events: Coordinate the internal in-person and virtual events with our Events team, utilising technology to create engaging experiences for our teams Communications Campaigns: Create and deliver eye-catching communications campaigns and materials to promote various projects, events, and activities to colleagues. Ensure the right message reaches the right audience through the right channels. Some experience of running communication programs - internally preferable. Understanding of different audience types. Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a complex environment and quickly assimilate information. Interest in leveraging technology for communication and engagement. Track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels.
