Sue Ross Legal are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected law firm, to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal for a permanent, full-time position.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, client-focused legal practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality conveyancing services. The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload of residential property matters, supporting fee earners and ensuring an efficient and professional service for clients.
Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Paralegal role:
• Provide comprehensive support to fee earners in all areas of residential conveyancing.
• Assist with sale, purchase, remortgage, and transfer of equity transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and draft legal documentation and correspondence with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
• Carry out property searches, review results, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Update and maintain case management systems and accurate client records.
• Manage client communication efficiently, providing excellent client care at all times.
Candidate Requirements for the Conveyancing Paralegal role:
• Previous experience working within a conveyancing department is essential.
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and the conveyancing process.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle a busy workload and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
