Your Role
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence.
* Implement tailored strategies to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support.
* Monitor progress and celebrate achievements with pupils and staff.
* Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, independence, and self‑belief.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
