Salary: £155 - £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for a kind and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a welcoming school in Sheffield. You will guide students in reading, writing, and speaking, and help them feel confident using words. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing lessons that challenge and inspire young learners.
* Encouraging a love for reading, writing, and exploring texts.
* Monitoring student progress and supporting their development.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborating with colleagues on planning and curriculum delivery.
* Participating in whole-school activities and enrichment opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) and relevant classroom experience in a UK school (desirable).
* A degree in English, Literature, or a related subject.
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
* A passion for helping students build skills in analysis, communication, and creative expression.
* A strong team player with good communication skills.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
* A full CV that covers the last 10 years (or your entire work history) with any gaps explained.
