The role involves supporting with complex queries and complaints, working to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest level of service.
Administrative duties will also be part of your responsibilities, including keeping customer records updated.

* Previous customer service or sales order processing experience
* Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
* A keen eye for detail and organization
