In this role, you will interpret client briefs, produce working drawings, and prepare technical documentation using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, while ensuring compliance with the latest legislation. The Role:
* Architectural Technician contributing to exciting residential developments.
* Producing accurate working drawings and ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
* Working on housing projects ranging from 70 units up to 5,000 units.
* Liaising closely with Technical and Site teams at housebuilders, providing expert technical guidance.
* Hybrid working: based in the Romsey office 3 days per week.
The Person:
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential developments, national housing projects, and building regulations.
* Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a strong advantage.
* Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to progress within a growing practice.
