Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting experienced talent and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will streamline the hiring process and enhance our talent acquisition strategy.
This is a fixed term role initially for 6 months, but could become permanent if the role is successful. This is a great opportunity for some one that wants to use their passion and experience to shape a new role within our business.
20 hours per week, ideally over 5 days, but can be discussed.

Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Manage on boarding using our HRIS Cezanne HR.
* Probationary periods - supporting and holding managers accountable.
* Ensuring headcount is signed off prior to posting role.
* Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through different platforms.
* Provide structure and consistency to recruitment, share with and coach managers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
* Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
* Build a talent pipeline for future roles.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Experience
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing / production.
* Familiarity with HRIS's such as Cezanne and Staff Circle is highly desirable.
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for sourcing candidates.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
* A background in Human Resources or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
