Key responsibilities
Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers

o Mange a portfolio of clients and provide excellent service as their POC
o Develop a sound understanding of customers businesses and their obligations under the relevant legislation
o Coordinate deliveries and collections across the UK for your customer.
o Provide expert advice to customers on producer responsibility in the UK and RoI
o Support customers at regulatory compliance audits
o Produce professional client documents and reports
o Manage the renewal of customer accounts and contracts

2. Good depth of technical knowledge with Microsoft Excel.
