What You’ll Be Doing:
·Deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons, including GCSE level
·Adapt your teaching to suit diverse abilities and neurodiverse learners
·Design inclusive, learner-centered lessons and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
·Support learners in overcoming barriers and developing confidence in Maths
·Maintain detailed progress reports and work with awarding bodies
·Encourage a love of learning and promote reading for pleasure
·Collaborate with a passionate team to enhance curriculum delivery

What You’ll Need:
·A degree in Maths or significant experience teaching Maths
·A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
·A positive, patient, and passionate attitude toward adult education
