Join our friendly team at Kilnwood Vale as a Nursery Office Administrator and help keep everything running smoothly. This permanent, part‑time role (24 hours a week) is perfect for someone organised and passionate about supporting early years education.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the school leadership and nursery team to manage all aspects of nursery administration.
* Coordinate admissions and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure timely invoicing and funding claims.
* Manage databases, monitor staff ratios, and liaise with parents to fill places efficiently.
* Handle Local Authority funding processes, complete census data, and keep nursery information up to date online.
Qualifications
* Good general education including English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
* Appropriate experience in administration (school/nursery setting desirable).
* Advanced IT skills, including experience with MS Office applications.
* Ability to plan and prioritise regular and irregular tasks.
* Effective communication skills and ability to remain professional and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £23,651 to Point 5 £23,937 (Actual Salary: £13,564.54 to £13,728.57 DOE)
Hours: Part‑time (24 hours per week), starting at 08:30 a.m. each day.
