Job Title: Bursary Administrator
Position: 37 hours per week
Role type: Temporary – 6 weeks contract
Location: Cambridge
Rate: £13.68- £15 per hour including holiday pay
Role Purpose:To coordinate the administration of all college bursaries in line with college and funding policies and procedures, supporting students and ensuring efficient, compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess bursary applications and allocate funds appropriately
2. Respond to bursary-related enquiries via email, Teams, phone, and drop-ins
3. Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure timely bursary administration
4. Support annual reviews of bursary policies and procedures
5. Compile information for bursary appeals
