The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative, compliance, and client communication support for our Chartered Financial Planners. As a Client Support Administrator, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality service to our clients and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.


Responsibilities

* Assist Financial Planners with the arrangement and facilitation of client meetings, both virtually and in-person.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on administrative matters.
* Complete and submit applications, maintain client data on internal systems, and perform daily administrative tasks.
* Conduct electronic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
* Manage the documentation process for new business submissions and asset transfers, including compiling and uploading compliance documentation.
* Gather information, product details, and quotes to support client recommendations.
* Handle client and provider enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Prepare and issue documents for electronic signatures via Adobe Sign.
* Provide additional administrative support to ensure smooth team and business operations.


Experience

* Experience within financial services administration is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
* Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Comfortable working collaboratively and independently.
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to complete internal training on systems such as Enable, Fusion, and our Wealth Platform.
* R01, FA1, FA2 qualifications, or a desire to attain them, are advantageous.
