We are seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor who will support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing towards achieving branch and individual sales targets.
Main Duties Include
* Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
* Working within the sales team on product promotions by answering telephone and electronic queries
* Fully satisfying customer needs regarding part orders and queries
* Contributing to a positive team performance and working on personal sales benchmarks
* Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met
* Developing product knowledge through internal literature and e-learning
Working hours: 45 hours on average, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working
About You
Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment is preferred.
What You'll Need To Succeed

* Organised with attention to detail
* Customer-focused
* Target-driven and motivated by sales, able to handle rejection
* Willing to learn and develop
* Team player with ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* IT literate
* Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential
