We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Designer to join our UK-based Technology team — part of our dynamic production department. If you’re naturally creative, technically curious, and eager to make a difference in healthcare through design, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
* Create and adapt digital assets across banners, websites, emails, eDetails, and more
* Collaborate with UI and UX designers to craft engaging, user-friendly experiences for patients and healthcare professionals
* Support digital production for global pharmaceutical campaigns
* Explore emerging technologies including AI tools for design and workflow optimisation
* Learn to apply healthcare compliance and accessibility standards
* Build your skills in platforms like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and proprietary agency tools
* Take ownership of smaller creative tasks while gaining exposure to end-to-end digital campaign production
