A fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Team Leader to join Scotland’s first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant, at The InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a Full-Time contract!
You will earn £13.41 per hour – equal to £27,892.80 salary, plus service charge.

Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the Restaurant Manager to run our Le Petit Beefbar. You will step in to run the restaurant in the manager’s absence, handle high‑level service recoveries, and ensure guests receive the best service possible. You will also be involved in training new starters and continuously developing our team members, leading by example.
Qualifications
* Experience working within a restaurant, bar or hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager (or evidence of steps you have taken to be ready for progression).
* Experience developing and coaching team members to perform at their best.
* A warm and authentic personality, with a can‑do attitude and commitment to service.
* Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise guests’ stays and share local wisdom to enhance their experience.
