The Opportunity Our client is a highly regarded building consultancy based in Tonbridge, Kent. They support premium clients – including Harrods and major heritage institutions – across London and the South East with expert surveying, design, and building control services. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a commercially focused Associate Director to join the leadership team. This is a senior, hands-on role that will suit a Chartered Surveyor with expertise in building control, design compliance, and managing high-quality projects from start to finish. You will play a critical role in project delivery and the long-term direction of the business, with a clear path to Directorship within 1–2 years.
