About the Role
As a Production Lead, you'll support the Production Manager by overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations. You'll lead and inspire the production team, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be liaising with our Supply Chain team to ensure efficient business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to contribute to process improvements within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve production goals.
* Organise and plan workloads to meet customer priorities and business deadlines.
* Manage training and development for new and existing staff.
* Monitor and report on departmental KPIs to ensure targets are met.
* Ensure Health & Safety and quality standards are consistently upheld.
* Work closely with the Quality and NPI teams to support product development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promote Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
