You’ll play a key part in supporting patients who choose to transfer from the NHS into HCA Healthcare UK hospitals, ensuring pathways are clear, timely and centred around individual needs. Working closely with clinical, operational and commercial colleagues, you’ll help shape how these partnerships develop and grow.You’ll have visibility across the organisation, autonomy to manage your relationships and the opportunity to influence how services evolve in response to NHS pressures and priorities. Let us care for you and your career, the same way you do for others.****What you’ll do*** Build and maintain strong relationships with key NHS Trust stakeholders, positioning the Medical Concierge Centre as a reliable and responsive partner.* Grow NHS transfer activity into HCA Healthcare UK hospitals by developing structured engagement and pathway plans aligned to business priorities.* Use data, referral trends and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities, remove barriers and improve the transfer experience for patients.* Deliver education and engagement sessions with clinical and operational teams across priority Trusts to build awareness and confidence in the NHS transfer pathway.* Work closely with senior colleagues across development, operations and marketing to support service improvement, performance monitoring and growth initiatives.**What we’re looking for*** A degree‐educated clinician with current professional registration and a strong understanding of NHS structures and pathways.* Proven experience in relationship management, partnership development or business development within healthcare.* Commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insight into practical action.* Confident communication and influencing skills, with credibility across both clinical and non‐clinical audiences.* A proactive, resilient approach, with flexibility to travel and adapt working hours to support stakeholder engagement.**Location and working pattern**This is a full‐time, London‐based role, working from our Corporate Head Office with regular travel across NHS Trust sites as required.**Why join HCA Healthcare UK**You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive community where your clinical experience is valued and your contribution is recognised.
