About the Role Mulititaskseeking a skilled Shot Blaster / Powder Coater to join our team in Leyland. This is a full-time, night-shift position offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work within a well-established manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing surfaces for coating by shot blasting to remove rust, scale, and contaminants. Applying powder coating to metal components using industry-standard techniques. Ensuring coatings are applied evenly and to the required thickness. Operating and maintaining shot blasting and powder coating equipment. Conducting quality inspections to ensure a high standard of finish. Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements ? Previous experience in shot blasting and/or powder coating. ? Knowledge of surface preparation and coating processes. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?
