What is a Community Resource Centre (CRC)?
Bath and North East Somerset have two care homes functioning as Community Resource Centres in Bath and Midsomer Norton. Each includes a residential care home for 30 to 45 residents, providing essential services to older people, including those with disabilities and dementia.
About Combe Lea
Combe Lea is a residential care home offering care and health services in a safe environment for older vulnerable adults. The home promotes independence and maintains residents' skills, interests, and abilities.
Night Care Assistant Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will work with a dedicated team to support residents in maintaining independence and enjoying their lives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Being a good team player with excellent communication skills
* Building professional, respectful relationships with residents and carers
* Promoting person-centred care and operating equipment safely with training
About You
Experience in care is desirable but not essential; a commitment to quality care is crucial. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including nursing, learning disabilities, and healthcare.
