You will have with strong communication skills with the ability to display compassion and empathy to the children and their families, whilst being able to build effective relationships in order to deliver the highest level of care. Minimum of two years post registration experience as a nurse at band 5 Experience of working with children with additional needs Good working knowledge of Child Protection policy & procedures Able to communicate effectively Clear, concise written & oral communication Able to work autonomously & prioritise own work effectively As this is a community role, a valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes is essential.
