Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently. Prepare and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required. Communicate effectively with clients regarding account statuses and payment queries. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial records. Support other administrative tasks within the department as needed.Profile A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have: Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related role within the Accounting & Finance sector.
