What you’ll do

7. Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
8. Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service.
9. Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.
10. Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners.
11. Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.
12. Supporting your Senior Client Service Manager & Operations Manager, (OM), to ensure we meet all the regulatory standards and its outcomes.

You have

13. The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values
14. The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them.
15. Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment
16. Experience of people management
17. Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers
18. To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!

Job details

19. Working hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00. A flexible working pattern can be discussed, with the possibility of occasionally working from home.
20. Basic knowledge/aptitude of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
21. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done which we pay for
