DUTIES
 * Assist with day‑to‑day site operations, including scheduling, subcontractor management, client liaison and material deliveries.
 * Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and health and safety regulations.
 * Monitor project progress and identify any issues or areas for improvement.
 * Collaborate with Saracen Head‑Office, delivery team and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are completed to the required standards.
 * Assist with preparation and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, site inductions, change orders, and project schedules.
 * Willing to learn how to develop and maintain project budgets and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Conduct regular safety inspections and identify and address any safety hazards or risks.
 * Support project closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, and final O&M documentation.
EXPERIENCE
 * Preferred experience as an Assistant Site Manager in Cat A and Cat B fit‑outs or related field. Training will be provided.
 * Some knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety regulations.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 * Experience liaising with all levels of staff within the company, subcontractors, and client.
 * Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Valid driving license.
 * Own transport (site location dependant), FULL CLEAN driving licence, and strong client/sub‑contractor engagement.
 * Ideally you should have the following: SMSTS, CSCS.
