Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Calibration Technician to join our team, delivering high-quality service and support for both Keysight and non-Keysight electrical, electronic, and mechanical instruments.
Responsibilities:
Calibration/validation of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy.
Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.
Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
Travel to customer sites
Qualifications:
Education and technical knowledge within sector and role
Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician with relevant experience in calibration
IT knowledge (Windows, Office)
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Confident at answering customer questions
