Social Worker – Medium, Low Secure & Psychiatric Intensive Care
Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Social Worker within the Adult Medium, Low Secure & Psychiatric Intensive Care Team to work Full Time for Elysium Healthcare.
The salary for this Social Worker job is up to £37,000 per annum.

You will be working 37.5 hours a week as a Social Worker at Farmfield, where you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a strong emphasis on teamwork at Farmfield in Charlwood.
* You will have previous experience from the NHS or private care as you manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future.
* As a Social Worker, you report to the Safeguarding Lead, and will manage internal investigations and liaise with home authorities for service users during their admission and discharging process.

Requirements of the Social Worker job:
* A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
* Understanding of relevant legislation.
* Registered or eligible for registration.
