About the role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher in a long-term placement, you will become an integral part of the school community, delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Roles are available on both full-time and part-time bases and may involve:
Teaching your specialist subject across Key Stages 3 and 4Planning, preparing and delivering high-quality lessonsAssessing, monitoring and supporting student progressManaging classroom behaviour in line with school policiesWorking collaboratively with departments and school staffContributing to the wider life of the school where appropriateAbout the School

Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentHave experience teaching within a UK secondary school settingDemonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skillsBe passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potentialHave excellent communication and organisational skillsBe available for long-term work from SeptemberWhy work for Vision for Education
