Registered Care Manager
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (+ OTE Bonus & Future Equity Potential)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview
As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and leading a team of compassionate and skilled care professionals. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the homecare service
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Recruit, train, and support carers
Conduct care assessments and create person-centred care plans
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Drive business growth and ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Previous experience as a registered manager, or in a senior care management role
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
