Heat Network Metering & Billing Engineer – London - Salary up to £50K + Excellent Benefits - Field-Based

Our client - a respected and growing player in the UK heat network sector - is looking for a skilled Heat Network Metering & Billing Engineer to support installations, commissioning, diagnostics and optimisation projects nationwide (primarily London-based).
This is a hands-on, field-based role with real autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work on complex energy infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
Installing & commissioning HIUs and metering systems
Install, configure and commission metering infrastructure, including AMR systems, data loggers, communication gateways, routers and M-Bus networks
Fault-finding and system optimisation
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Supporting contractors and managing technical documentation
What we’re looking for:
Experience with Metering infrastructure, including AMR systems, data loggers, communication gateways, routers and M-Bus networks
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience with HIUs, metering or heat network systems
Organised, proactive and safety-focused
Full UK driving licence & flexibility to travel
