Associate – Pensions | London | Hybrid
My client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Pensions Associate (2–5 PQE) to join their highly regarded People, Reward and Mobility team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in pensions law within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You’ll advise a broad mix of clients, including corporates, pension scheme trustees, financial institutions, and government bodies, on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The work is varied and stimulating — from regulatory and trustee issues to the pensions aspects of major cross-border transactions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting partners and senior lawyers on a range of pension matters.
* Advising on benefit changes, scheme funding and deficits, restructuring, de-risking, mergers, and wind-ups.
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with ideally 2–5 years’ PQE in pensions law (other levels considered).
* Solid understanding of corporate transactions and pensions regulation.
* Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
* Team player with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
