Job Description
Experienced IDOX Technical Consultant Required for a Local Government client:
Role: IdoxTechnical Architect
Starting: March latest
Duration: 3 months
The council would like the consultant to be available on an ad hoc basis when required, rather than a static 1/2 days per week.
Overview:
- Migrating various modulesfrom Acolaid toIDOXcloud.
- Modules include: Planning, Building Control, Land Charges andPublic Protection,plus the CouncilsGazetteermodule which will move to IDOXs LLPG module called iManage
Consultant needs capacity to completethe following key areas requiring support:
* Setting up the replicated reporting environment for public protection will link to PowerBI
* Carrying out audit checks on the iterative data load tests for all modules
* Advising on and implementing API integrations
* Working with the Council and the vendor to confirm the go-live data migration plan and minimise downtime during the phased go-lives
* (optional) Data cleansing activities related to multiUPRN
Current project plan shows the Council going live with the I-manage module in March.
