Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and expansion of leading brands in line with brand strategy.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the New York team, to develop territory-specific products.
* Drive brand awareness and visibility through strategic marketing initiatives.
* Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the product development team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
* Develop and implement brand strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or brand management within the consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of success.
