Responsibilities
* Manage key corporate customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
* Lead efforts to identify and close strategic opportunities in service and maintenance.
* Plan, design, and coordinate customer solutions based on short- and long-term needs.
* Oversee projects from initial contact to completion, managing all phases efficiently.
* Ensure engineering projects meet technical, quality, and deadline requirements.
* Develop cost estimates, budgets, and participate in bidding processes.
* Primarily focused on steel, with opportunities to work on other projects as needed.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of related construction experience.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in business development.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel up to 50% with potential for additional travel as required.
* Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Previous experience in project engineering and managing corporate accounts.
