You’ll be supporting an individual with Autism, ADHD, mild learning disability, cerebral palsy (ambulant), and trauma‑related emotional needs. The role involves working with emotional dysregulation, high‑risk behaviours, and crisis‑prone situations, so confidence, resilience, and a calm, trauma‑informed approach are essential.

5. Experience with ASD, ADHD, trauma, behaviours that challenge
6. Strong de‑escalation & non‑reactive approach
7. Calm under pressure
8. Good boundaries, consistency & organisation
9. Driving licence (essential)
Key Responsibilities

11. Daily living tasks (meds, cooking, cleaning, documentation)
12. Emotional regulation & structured routines
13. Follow PBS plans.
14. Community access & physical activity (e.g., gym)
15. Work with mental health & emergency services when needed.
