Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aberuthven for an Office / Accounts Assistant. The role involves managing financial tasks including credit control, petty cash handling, and accounting. Daily responsibilities include maintaining financial records, assisting with office operations, ensuring accurate transactions, and supporting effective communication within the team. You will be a critical part of the administrative team, contributing to the efficient management of the office and its finance-related functions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Credit Control, Petty Cash management, and general financial tasks
Proficiency in Accounting principles and hands-on experience with financial record management
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Aberuthven
Prior experience in office administration or finance is advantageous
Familiarity with mental health support services or social enterprises is preferred
