Responsibilities: We need you to oversee all IT-related activity across the business, including technology selection, set-up, support, communications and data protection. We need you to manage our IT systems, including hardware, software, infrastructure and telecommunications, ensuring high availability and stability. We need you to manage lifecycle activities for our technology assets. We need you to work with management to support business and digital transformation. We need you to maintain and improve cyber security and relevant accreditations. We need you to work with Finance to establish the annual IT budget. We need you to coordinate the purchase of new technology solutions, including computers, servers, mobile devices and software. We need you to administer user IDs and passwords and manage system authorisations. We need you to safeguard our technology systems, network access and data through timely backups and processing. We need you to coordinate the installation and set-up of new equipment and software updates. We need you to provide IT support to employees across all locations, prioritising and resolving issues quickly and providing training where needed. We need you to support the development of our website. We need you to coordinate with our DMS provider and John Deere to resolve open issues and communicate requirements. We need you to manage relationships with external IT and communications providers to ensure compliance with IT and communications requirements. We need you to be responsible for GDPR compliance.
